Job Description

Description:

● 5+ years of experience at a relevant technical position in Banking Clients

● Experience in Finacle Application production support within the ITIL Framework.

● Experience of Finacle Application 10x or higher version

● Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in Application trouble shooting, configuration and

maintenance.

● Application performance tuning and optimization

● Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA

● Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis

● Experience in Workflow maintenance and Configuration.

● Complete knowledge of Loan module and the entire life cycle

● Knowledge of other modules like CASA, Interface, EOD/BOD, etc

● Hands on experienced on windows, unix/linux, Oracle - SQL & PL/SQL

● Able to handle pressure & support critical production issues

● Willing to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.

● Acknowledging and acting on command center Calls(24x7)
