Skillset: Core baking Migration Experience, Finacle Core Banking, Finacle 11x.

Job Description:
- Hands‑on experience with Finacle Core Banking (10.x / 11.x).
- Must have led at least one legacy‑to‑Finacle migration project.
- Strong domain knowledge in Retail/Corporate Banking.
- Expertise in data migration testing & reconciliation.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Lead end‑to‑end testing for Core Banking migration to Finacle.
- Validate functional flows across CASA, TD, Loans, GL, Interest & Charges.
- Coordinate with Business, IT, Vendors, and Program teams.
- Drive defect management, triage, and resolution.
