Oversee end-to-end financial operations across multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with UAE regulations.
Manage UAE VAT compliance, including filings, reconciliations, audits, and coordination with external tax consultants where required.
Drive cost control initiatives specific to F&B operations, including food and beverage costing, inventory management, stock reconciliation, variance analysis, and waste control.
Handle daily operational accounting relevant to high-volume restaurant environments, including revenue control and cash reconciliation.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
Lead budgeting and forecasting, monitor performance against budgets, and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, WPS requirements, and internal HR policies.
Conduct financial analysis to support pricing decisions, margin improvement, and profitability optimization.
Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience within the F&B / hospitality sector in the UAE, in restaurants, resto-pubs, or licensed venues serving alcohol.
Hands-on exposure to revenue control, cost control, stock reconciliation, VAT, and daily operational accounting in hospitality environments.
Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT laws, tax compliance, and financial regulations.
Proven experience handling multi-outlet restaurant operations is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional accounting qualification such as CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel; experience with hospitality POS / ERP systems is an advantage.
