Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and the implementation of financial controls across departments.
  • Manage the general services function, including facilities management, procurement, and administration.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and insights to senior leadership for decision making.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and ensure optimal capital structure.
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance and general services professionals.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and vendors.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for executive management and stakeholders.
  • Set standard operating procedures for all operation and financial work to ensure clear transactions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in finance and general services, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating financial operations, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, specifically within a multi-subsidiary environment.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance, and internal controls, especially in managing financial operations in different legal and operational environments.
  • Solid experience in overseeing general services functions, including facilities management, procurement, administration, and corporate support.
  • Exposure to international financial systems and multinational operations is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with local and international teams, stakeholders, and regulators.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with experience in systems integration.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial and operational issues, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies across the business units.
