Role Description The Director role at Arham Oil is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Director will provide strategic leadership across business operations, overseeing planning, execution, and performance for technology solutions and services in the oil and gas domain. Responsibilities include setting organizational goals, driving growth initiatives, managing key client relationships, and ensuring projects align with sustainability and regulatory requirements. The Director will lead cross-functional teams, optimize resource allocation, and implement governance frameworks to support operational excellence. This role also involves budget oversight, risk management, stakeholder communication, and representing the company with partners, regulators, and industry bodies.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and people management skills, including team direction, coaching, and performance management.
Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational oversight within energy, oil and gas, or related industries.
Solid understanding of waste management technologies, sustainability practices, and environmental compliance in industrial operations.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including working with clients, partners, and regulators.
Experience with financial management, budgeting, and profitability improvement in a technology or services-based organization.
Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Business Management; a postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.
Track record of upholding ethical standards, promoting safety culture, and implementing robust governance and compliance frameworks.
