Job Description

Finance Business Partner Analyst

Assist in preparing and providing material and advice to employees on all financial matters and provide timely recommendations following leading practices and sound financial information principles. Participate in Influencing the business decisions to ensure that immediate and long-term implications, opportunities and risks are fully considered

Financial Control

  • Assist in implementing efficient and effective management of the company financials through all necessary financial controls, systems and processes.
  • Participate in maintaining a robust control and governance environment in line with regulatory requirements and consistent with internal policies and ensures statutory compliances of all systems, processes & accounting practices.
  • Participate in maintaining administration of the approved accounting practices to ensure that financial statements and reports accurately reflect the status of the relevant accounts and provide reliable information.

Financial Reporting

  • Participate in preparing and analyzing all financial reports for all assets (of those assigned), including income statements, balance sheet and cash flow statements in accordance with financial accounting standards.
  • Assist in the coordination with all payroll, purchase, accounts receivable, payable, ledgers and reporting systems on a regular basis and ensure compliance with required accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all accounting treatments are compliant with International Finance Reporting Standards and International Accounting Standards.
  • Ensure timely preparation of periodic and yearly financial statements as per statutory accounting regulations.

Liquidity Management

  • Participate in implementing tools and systems to provide critical financial decisions and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations to ensure healthy cash flow for allocated sector.

  • Participate in ensure the funding of investment requirements are timely processed and met.

Shared Activities

  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager.

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

  • Demonstrate compliance to organization's values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Key Requirement :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Language: Full professional English & Arabic proficiency both in speaking and writing
  • Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Administrative skills and attention to details
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner
  • Experience with business planning
  • Analytical, negotiation, problem solving skills
