We're looking for a dynamic
Finance Business Partner / FP&A Manager to join our team and drive performance through insight, analysis, and collaboration. This is your chance to shape decisions, influence growth, and partner with leaders across the business.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles with precision.
- Provide strategic insights that guide commercial and operational decisions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate data into action.
- Deliver clear executive reporting and performance dashboards.
- Drive process improvements and enhance financial models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Professional certification preferred (CMA or CFA).
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles, ideally with commercial and export/international sales exposure.
- Strong understanding of export pricing, Incoterms, FX impact, and margin analysis.
- Proven experience in budgeting and profitability analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills: SAP is a must; Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
