Finance Business Partner

A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Finance Business Partner for their team in Riyadh.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Provide strategic financial direction and contribute to the development of company's overall business strategy.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders providing financial expertise and guidance.
• Performing financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Monitor KPI and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree. Relevant professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance roles within the Pharmaceutical Company.
• Solid experience in finance business partnering and financial reporting.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with key business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
