We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join one of the region's largest and most established groups, providing integrated solutions across manpower services, environmental management and specialised support functions.

Job Purpose:

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with Aviation Operations, Sales, and HR teams to drive margin protection, cost control, and cash flow optimisation. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical capability, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, contract-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations and commercial teams to drive financial performance across aviation contracts
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for aviation portfolios
• Provide insight on pricing, margin sustainability, productivity, and cost optimisation
• Monitor and protect contract-level margins in a high-volume environment
• Deliver management reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis to senior leadership
• Support cash flow management, billing accuracy, and working capital optimisation
• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance across contracts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Fully qualified or finalist ACCA / CIMA professional
• Experience in manpower, outsourcing, or aviation-linked services preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing high-volume, contract-based environments
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
