Role Overview
This leadership role oversees the full finance function for a training organisation, including budgeting, revenue tracking, cost control, and compliance. Expertise in einvoicing integration, UAE VAT, and corporate tax is essential, along with the ability to support commercial decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations: GL, AP, AR, treasury, payroll, and reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for training programs
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly budgeting forecasting to provide financial insights for pricing, proposals, and profitability.
- Ensure accurate and compliant einvoicing workflows across AP and AR
- Implement internal controls, financial policies, and process improvements
- Manage external audits and liaise with banks, auditors, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory requirements
- Supervise the finance team and support crossdepartment collaboration
- Managing and consolidating month-end closing reports and manage month-end meetings.
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
- 812 years finance experience, including UAE leadership roles
- Strong experience with einvoicing, ERP systems, and digital finance tools
- Deep knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE corporate tax
- Experience in training, education, events, or servicebased industries
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills
