Drayton are thrilled to be partnering with a high growth, international ecommerce business in the appointment of a Finance Director. This role will be critical in shaping financial strategy, building scalable financial operations, and supporting the business through its exciting next phase of growth across multiple markets.
In this role, responsibilities will include:
- Leading the overall financial strategy, planning and management of the business across brands and regions
- Partnering closely with the CEO, COO and senior leadership team to support growth, expansion and investment decisions
- Owning budgeting, forecasting and long term financial planning processes
- Delivering timely management reporting, financial analysis and commercial insight
- Overseeing accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax and statutory compliance across international operations
- Managing cashflow, treasury, banking relationships and funding arrangements
- Supporting ecommerce, operations and commercial teams with financial analysis across pricing, sourcing and inventory
- Building and leading a high performing finance team across multiple geographies
Requirements for this role include:
- Fully qualified accountant status such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Significant senior finance leadership experience within direct to consumer ecommerce businesses.
- Proven experience operating in high growth or entrepreneurial environments
- Strong technical finance capability across accounting, reporting and financial planning
- A commercially astute individual with a hands on and pragmatic approach
