Finance Director - Manufacturing - Arabic speaker

Our client is hiring a Finance Director to lead the finance function within a manufacturing / industrial environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on tightening financial visibility across operations, strengthening controls, and partnering the business through change - whether that's restructuring, a turnaround, or broader operational transformation.

Requirements

Given the scope and autonomy of the role, our client will only consider candidates who can demonstrate:

• Arabic speaking senior finance leadership experience in industrial manufacturing(not food manufacturing)
• Strong capability across cost accounting, inventory, and production-cycle controls
• Proven experience in cash-flow management, FP&A, and business planning in operational environments
• Track record in turnaround, restructuring, or transformation contexts (or businesses undergoing operational change)
• Confidence engaging banks, external auditors, and shareholder groups
