Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Participate in formulating the company's mid-to-long-term financial strategy and annual operational plans.
- Lead the annual and quarterly budgeting processes.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Chinese Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Lead the year-end audit processes and maintain effective communication with external auditors.
- Ensure company operations adhere to relevant financial and tax regulations.
Treasury Management & Reconciliation:
- Monitor company cash flow, execute cash planning, and manage fund allocation.
- Lead end-of-month reconciliations across various channels, verify accounts receivable and actual receipts, promptly identify fund risks
- Lead inter-company fund reconciliations with the group, confirming accounts receivable and actual receipts between entities.
Financial Analysis & Decision Support:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's financial status, operational results, and cash flows to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and enhance financial models to evaluate the feasibility and return on investment of new business initiatives and projects.
- Provide accurate financial data and analysis to business units to support performance management and strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team by setting clear objectives and guiding professional growth.
- Optimize and streamline financial processes and systems, drive digitalization and automation, and enhance overall work efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, IMA, or CFA are preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Finance Manager role at a large enterprise or multinational corporation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance, accounting, and auditing.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in International Accounting Standards and familiarity with IFRS.
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and business acumen.
- Proficiency in SQL and the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
