Finance FP&A Manager

Responsibility:

1.Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for KSA market; build indicator framework and monitor budget execution.

2.Financial Data Systems and Model Building: Develop the financial data infrastructure for the KSA team, and continuously build and iterate regional financial models.

3.Industry Research and Analysis: Monitor industry trends in the Middle East sector, research market dynamics and best practices to inform business strategy and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and financial BP. Prior experience as a Finance BP in internet or logistics companies is a strong plus.

2.Strong business acumen, numerical sensitivity, and data analysis skills, along with solid written communication abilities. Proficiency in SQL or similar data query languages is preferred.

3.Proficient in English listening, reading, and speaking, with the ability to collect bilingual materials and conduct academic research in both Chinese and English.

4.Quick learner with strong logical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities; innovative mindset and a strong team player.
