Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Intern to support both Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities across the IMEA region. This role offers hands-on exposure to core accounting processes, financial reporting, and business performance analysis, while working closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance with internal controls.

What You Will Do

  • Execute Accounts Payable (Procure-to-Pay) activities, including invoice validation and PO/GRN matching
  • Follow up on discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
  • Track payments and maintain accurate AP records and documentation
  • Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and preparation of supporting schedules
  • Perform basic balance sheet analysis and reconciliations
  • Prepare Excel trackers, financial reports, and operational dashboards
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles through data collection and validation
  • Support monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast)
  • Consolidate and validate financial data from ERP and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing to gather inputs and understand performance drivers
  • Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, controls, and documentation standards
  • Support process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and accountability
  • Good Excel skills and interest in financial systems and processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and professional environment
