Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Intern to support both Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities across the IMEA region. This role offers hands-on exposure to core accounting processes, financial reporting, and business performance analysis, while working closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance with internal controls.

What You Will Do
- Execute Accounts Payable (Procure-to-Pay) activities, including invoice validation and PO/GRN matching
- Follow up on discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Track payments and maintain accurate AP records and documentation
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and preparation of supporting schedules
- Perform basic balance sheet analysis and reconciliations
- Prepare Excel trackers, financial reports, and operational dashboards
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles through data collection and validation
- Support monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast)
- Consolidate and validate financial data from ERP and reporting tools
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing to gather inputs and understand performance drivers
- Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, controls, and documentation standards
- Support process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and accountability
- Good Excel skills and interest in financial systems and processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and professional environment
