Role Description

AlArkan Group, a well-established automotive spare parts trading company in the U.A.E, is seeking a strong and hands-on Finance Manager with solid experience in high-volume trading environments.

This role reports directly to the Group CFO and requires a strong leader with deep experience in inventory-driven trading businesses, trade finance, and margin-focused financial management.

We are looking for a commercially sharp finance professional who understands inventory-driven businesses, supplier rebates, trade finance, and margin management in the auto parts sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full finance operations of an auto spare parts trading business

Oversee inventory accounting, stock valuation, and cost control

Monitor gross margins by brand, supplier, and product category

Manage supplier rebates, credit notes, and pricing structures

Supervise AR, AP, treasury, and cash flow management

Handle banking relationships including LCs, Trust Receipts (TR), and trade finance facilities

Ensure compliance with U.A.E VAT and Corporate Tax

Prepare monthly management reports, profitability analysis, and KPIs

Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely financial reporting

Strengthen internal controls across purchasing, warehousing, and sales cycles

Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and forecasting.

Requirements:

ACCA / CA / CPA or equivalent qualification

710 years experience, preferably in auto spare parts or trading industry

Strong understanding of inventory-heavy trading businesses

Experience managing LCs, TRs, and supplier credit arrangements

Strong analytical mindset with focus on margins and working capital

SAP S4 Hana experience

Leadership capability to manage and develop finance team
