Role Description

As a core member of the finance team, you will bridge the gap between daily transactions and high-level strategy. Ensuring the integrity of our financial narrative by overseeing departmental performance, safeguarding company assets, and keeping our spending aligned with our goals.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities to ensure seamless business continuity and compliance.
• Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate monthly performance data, ensuring a unified approach to reporting.
• Asset Management: Act as the custodian of the fixed asset register, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of company assets within the system.
• Budgetary Control: Monitor invoices and expenses against established budgets to identify variances and prevent overages.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA/CMA candidacy is a plus).

Experience:

47 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial planning, and budgeting.
