Established to serve the financial sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, SIJIL aims to improve the mechanism of financial lease and contract registration.

Role Description:

Responsible for managing the Finance function, including fiscal planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations while supporting strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government entities.
• Lead and coach the Finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (master's preferred).
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, including at least 1 year in a managerial role. Strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, and budget management.
