Job Title: Finance Manager (Assistant Finance Director)

Reporting to: Head of Finance

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Automotive Retail (Luxury/Performance Vehicles)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified Finance Manager to act as the second-in-command to our Head of Finance. You will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, from day-to-day accounting (AP/AR) to strategic inventory financing. The ideal candidate will ensure that our high-value assetsranging from luxury daily drivers like Bentley to collector icons like the Nissan Skyline GT-Rare managed with 100% financial accuracy and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

* Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all dealership transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

* Inventory & Floor Planning: Monitor high-value vehicle stock and manage credit lines (floor planning) to optimize cash flow and minimize interest expenses.

* Risk & Compliance: Audit all insurance claims and accident reports to protect the dealership's assets, ensuring drivers are properly licensed and third-party liabilities (like workshop damages) are recovered.

* VAT & Regulatory Filing: Ensure full compliance with UAE FTA regulations, managing VAT returns and keeping the dealership updated on local commercial laws.

* Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Head of Finance, providing deep-dive analysis on dealership margins.

* Internal Controls: Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for vehicle handovers, workshop service agreements, and payment collections.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

* Professional Certification: Must hold a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.

* Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in the automotive industry or high-value retail.

* Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or specialized DMS) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

* Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, IFRS standards, and local VAT regulations.
