Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company's financial operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will drive financial planning, reporting accuracy, compliance, and cost optimization while supporting business expansion across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure IFRS compliance, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Implement cost control and profitability improvement strategies
- Oversee General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and reconciliations
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors
- Provide financial analysis and business performance insights
- Lead ERP implementation and financial process improvements
- Mentor and develop the finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional certification: CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in finance, including managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and audit processes
- Experience in automotive, retail, trading, or multi-entity environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables), financial modeling, and ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
