About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial, accounting, tax, and treasury activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial operations while supporting business growth and operational excellence in alignment with corporate strategy.
This role plays a key part in safeguarding company assets, optimizing cash flow, improving financial performance, and leading a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Governance
- Develop and maintain accounting and treasury policies and procedures, including the chart of accounts.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate standards, local regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the development and update of global financial policies.
2. Accounting & Tax Operations
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets accounting, and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and financial regulations.
- Lead and supervise monthly and annual closing processes.
3. Treasury & Cash Management
- Manage plant treasury operations including balance reporting, electronic payments and receipts, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Maintain banking relationships and negotiate financing agreements.
- Optimize liquidity and cash flow in line with corporate policies.
4. Financial Analysis & Risk Management
- Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to identify variances and performance gaps.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and strategic initiatives.
- Mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
5. Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate external audits and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Implement corrective actions from audit reports and management letters.
- Ensure adherence to Quality systems, EHS standards, corporate values, and code of conduct.
6. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
- Define, monitor, and communicate country finance KPIs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives across finance operations.
- Enhance systems, controls, and reporting efficiency.
7. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, banks, government entities, and regulatory authorities.
- Strengthen the company's financial reputation and operational credibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
- 7-10 years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Audit firms is a must.
- Experience in SAP is a must.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and treasury management.
- Experience in financial analysis, audit coordination, and team leadership.
