Doha Bank, one of the leading financial institutions in the region, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our Dubai branch. This is a strategic leadership role, offering the opportunity to contribute to the bank's growth and operational excellence in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all financial operations of the Dubai branch.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and Doha Bank's internal policies.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to senior management.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Drive efficiency in financial systems, controls, and reporting.
- Support strategic decision-making with accurate financial insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage.
- Minimum 810 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations and international financial standards.
