An established multi-unit retail & food business in the MENA region is looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead regional financial operations and partner closely with senior leadership.

What You'll Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the MENA region
- Deliver insightful management reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
- Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic and operational decision-making
- Drive cash flow, cost optimisation, and working capital initiatives
- Oversee audits, compliance, and financial governance across multiple entities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional finance team
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of finance experience, preferably within retail, F&B, or multi-site operations
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and working with executive management
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on financial planning and analysis expertise
- Professional qualifications (CA / CPA) and/or MBA in Finance preferred
- Experience operating across multiple countries within MENA
