Job Summary:

The Finance Manager is a crucial position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial management. This role requires a strong leader with experience in accounting, budgeting and financial reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the accounting systems and processes.
  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivables.
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Creating and presenting financial reports to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Managing bank accounts and cash flow.
  • Liaising with auditors during annual audits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees,
  • Develop and implement efficient financial policies and procedures.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification includes Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a relevant field.
  • Candidates with CA, CPA, ACCA is preferred.
  • Candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role will be preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting software and Microsoft Office is essential.
