Job Overview:
Legend Motors FZCO is seeking a highly competent and strategic Finance Manager to oversee and
manage the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in
financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while also ensuring compliance, operational efficiency,
and cost-effectiveness across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports and insights to senior management, along with strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
- Maintain and safeguard the financial health of the organization and its divisions.
- Analyze financial data including costs, pricing, variable contributions, and sales results, benchmarking performance against business plans.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and increased financial efficiency.
- Lead and oversee the operations of the finance department, including setting goals, KPIs, and developing the team structure to achieve them.
- Manage the end-to-end budgeting process, including preparation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure proper monitoring and compliance of company finances and financial practices.
- Corresponding with various other departments, discussing company plans, and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
- Professional accounting certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial statistics, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must.
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
