Job Summary :
One of our clients are looking for Finance Manager who is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the financial activities of the organization. This role ensures financial stability by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulations. The Finance Manager supports senior management by providing accurate financial insights to guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Monitor financial performance and analyze variances
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies
- Manage cash flow, expenses, and financial risks
- Supervise and support accounting and finance staff
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
- Provide financial advice to management to support business growth
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
