Job Description
We are seeking a
Finance Manager to join Saudi Bridge. This role will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, overseeing project financials, and laying the foundations of the finance department.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building systems, working closely with leadership, and managing finance in a project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial operations (invoicing, payments, expenses, collections)
- Own project financial management, including budgeting and cost tracking
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and consultants
- Ensure financial compliance and proper documentation
- Support contract financial terms and milestone-based payments
- Build and document internal finance processes and controls
- Support the gradual build-out of the finance department
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
- Experience with project-based financial management
- Exposure to government or semi-government projects is a strong plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
- Willing to grow into a broader finance leadership role as the company scales
