Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our businesses across Dubai, Thailand and India. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strategic financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and ensuring compliance with local and group-level accounting policies.

This role requires a proactive finance leader who can balance analytical precision with strategic business insight supporting KGH's continued growth across multiple restaurant and hospitality verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all financial operations across UAE, Thailand, India and the corporate office.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance and MIS reports.

Ensure compliance with international VAT laws, financial regulations, and internal policies. (UAE, Thailand & India)

Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk assessments effectively.

Supervise accounting functions AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and audits.

Partner with management to drive cost optimization, profitability, and financial planning initiatives.

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Liaise with banks, external auditors, and government departments for financial matters.

Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on financial performance and market insights.

Monitor and ensure adherence to timelines for reporting, statutory filings, and management reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (Master's or MBA preferred).

Professional certifications such as CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA will be an added advantage.

Minimum 4 years of progressive financial management experience, within the Hospitality / F&B / Retail sectors in the UAE.

Strong understanding of UAE taxation (VAT), compliance laws, and local financial regulations.

Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.

Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to handle multi-entity reporting and consolidate group financials.
