Finance Manager to support and strengthen its KSA finance operation. This is an ideal opportunity for a

more strategic finance leadership position as the company scales.
The Role
As Finance Manager for Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for the
day-to-day finance and accounting operations across the Kingdom, ensuring strong reporting, compliance and financial control.
In the early phase, the role will be
hands-on and delivery focused, covering audits, VAT, reporting and controls. Over time, as the business and team grow, the role will naturally develop into a
more strategic finance partner position, supporting senior leadership with planning, performance analysis and commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations in KSA
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflow monitoring
- Handle VAT, ZATCA filings and compliance
- Support and coordinate statutory audits
- Produce MIS reports, variance analysis and management dashboards
- Maintain and improve financial controls and processes
- Support senior management with financial insights
- Guide and support junior accounting staff

About You
You are a capable, hands-on finance professional who wants to
grow with a business, not just process transactions.
You will bring:
- 58 years finance and accounting experience
- A fully completed professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA)
- Strong knowledge of KSA VAT, ZATCA and local regulations
- Experience producing financial statements, MIS and management reports
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
- The ambition to progress into a broader finance leadership role
