Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role located in Riyadh. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, managing cash flow, preparing financial forecasts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and optimizing financial processes, also full accounting. The role also involves collaborating with key stakeholders to implement financial strategies and providing insightful recommendations for business improvement.

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Data Analysis, and Cash Flow Management
• Ability to ensure Accounting Standards Compliance and Audit Preparation
• Knowledge of Financial Risk Assessment, Business Strategy, and Process Optimization
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (Master's degree or CPA/ACCA certification is a plus)
• Prior experience in real estate investments or financial management is advantageous
