Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and oversee the organization's financial operations. The role is responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, supporting strategic decision-making, and building a high-performing finance function that supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Advise executive leadership on financial implications of business decisions
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and payroll
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes
- Optimize cash flow and investment strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with operational needs
- Support business units with financial analysis and guidance
- Approve major financial commitments, investments, and expenditures
- Establish financial policies and internal controls
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and develop finance team members
- Build a high-performing finance function that supports organizational success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance or financial management roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and team development capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
- Expertise in ERP systems and financial software
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial software
- Fluent in English
- Ability to provide financial guidance and strategic insights to leadership
- Ability to manage financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation processes
- Ability to build and develop high-performing finance teams
