Finance Manager | MAF Entertainment | Finance Department
ROLE SUMMARY
The Finance Manager leads financial reporting, cost control, and accounting across MAF Entertainment, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and process efficiency. The role supports decision-making through financial insights and FP&A, while collaborating closely with Finance Shared Services within Global Solutions.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead cost control and financial reporting, escalating risks and ensuring alignment with budgets.
- Monitor and manage all project and operational costs, including labor, AP, p-cards, and petty cash.
- Oversee month-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, and accurate SAP accounting entries.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning with actionable FP&A insights.
- Partner with business leaders on financial models, resource planning, and revenue performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance Shared Services to ensure reporting accuracy, compliance, and SAP process improvements.
- Manage asset register, cost variance analysis, production cash flow projections, and T&E compliance.
- Lead audit preparation, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- 7-10 years of experience in financial management, audit support, internal controls, and process improvement within complex organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
- Lead audit preparation and ensure timely, accurate responses to auditor requirements.
- Strengthen and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and financial governance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and operational workflows.
