Sr. FP&A ( Budgeting )

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, and direct all cost accounting activities.
• Manage the full operation budget cycle: setting, expenditure control, and variance reporting.
• Oversee month-end closing and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive productivity by developing new processes and implementing ERP systems (CO module).
• Act as the key point of contact for quarterly reviews and annual audits (internal & external).
• Provide proactive variance analysis and communicate insights to operations managers.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 6 – 8 years in cost accounting.
• Certification: CMA, FMVA, or IFRS is preferred.
• Industry: experience in Manufacturing (Cement, Steel, Fertilizer, or Construction).
