Euro Mechanical is looking for a Finance Manager - Partners & Services.
The Finance Manager Partners & Services is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial analysis that supports effective decision-making across Euro Mechanical. The role spans budgeting, forecasting, cost control, margin analytics, project performance reporting, and month-end closing activities across both the UAE and Qatar for a minimum of six Business Units. This position partners closely with respective Operations, Projects, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts (revenue, margins, overheads, cash flow) across multiple BUs in UAE and Qatar.
- Analyse variances vs. budget/forecast/prior periods and deliver actionable financial insights.
- Oversee project financials: job costing, WIP, margin tracking, cost allocations, and cash flow.
- Monitor labour utilisation, chargeability, and cost recovery.
- Manage and track ICV-related financial performance and contract impacts.
- Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) at BU level.
- Ensure accuracy of accruals, prepayments, provisions, and transfer pricing reporting.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership.
- Partner with operations, commercial, and supply chain on tenders, pricing, and margin improvement.
- Provide financial evaluation for CapEx, investments, and operational initiatives.
- Drive cost optimisation and productivity improvements.
- Strengthen financial controls across costing, billing, project accounting, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, WPS, audit, and Qatar reporting requirements.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain governance over financial processes.
- Lead financial integration and ERP (D365) implementation for Qatar entity.
- Improve forecasting, reporting, and costing processes with standardised models.
- Drive automation and ERP enhancements.
- Support asset management and optimal use of company properties.
- Embed continuous improvement and value-add mindset within finance teams.
- Uphold company values, ethics, and alignment with Abu Dhabi's economic vision.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business units and leadership to support decision-making
Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualification preferred (CIMA, ACCA, CMA, ICAEW) or a relevant degree with strong proven experience.
- Minimum 10 years senior operational finance experience across multiple countries.
- Solid expertise in cost control, P&L management, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated people management experience, including managing at least 2 direct reports.
