Our client, a leading real estate development company, is seeking a Finance Manager with strong expertise in real estate finance and project management. The role involves overseeing financial operations across development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; analyze project-level financials; develop financial models for new developments.
- Accounting & Compliance: Ensure accurate accounting, statutory compliance, and timely tax filings; coordinate with auditors and external consultants.
- Project Finance & Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, CAPEX, contractor payments; optimize costs and profitability; track revenue recognition for development projects.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Provide financial insights to senior management; liaise with banks, investors, and other stakeholders; support strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Supervise finance and accounting staff; maintain high standards of accuracy and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Minimum 6+ years of finance experience in real estate development or property management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate finance, RERA regulations, and VAT compliance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and ERP/accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
