Job Description

The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and overall financial management to support the Company's strategic objectives. This role emphasizes improving profitability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Financial Management and Reporting:

  1. Lead the month end activities and prepare accurate monthly and annual monthly financials
  2. Insightful analysis of actual performance versus budgets as well as working on operational efficiencies
  3. Ad-hoc reporting and analysis based on requirements
  4. Coordinating and closing annual statutory audit

Budgeting and Forecasting

  1. Lead preparation of long and short term business plans & budgets
  2. Evaluate and prepare business proposals/models for strategic business growth, supported by analysis of business environment, local regulations, commercial terms and financial returns

Cost Optimization and Profitability

  1. Focus on Commercial Analysis of the business and support business decision making with insightful analysis
  2. Analysis and interpretation of trends requiring management's attention, preparing and presenting clear and informative financial and management reports to senior management
  3. Identify opportunities for cost-saving and operational efficiency and recommend actionable measures.
  4. Support development of pricing strategies to improve profitability
  5. Inventory management and aging analysis

Taxation and Compliance

  1. Support tax team in implementation of right process for accurate tax compliance

The incumbent is responsible for setting clear objectives and performance targets in collaboration with team members, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. This role involves actively mentoring, guiding, and providing direction to the team to cultivate skill development, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. The incumbent applies structured performance management practices to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and drive the team towards achieving periodic KPIs. Through strategic oversight and regular feedback, the incumbent fosters a results-oriented environment, empowering the team to meet and exceed established benchmarks while supporting both individual and collective growth.
