My client are a growing tech organisation in UAE and they are looking for an exceptional Finance Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of monthly accounts and financial reporting.
- Where necessary will assist with day-to-day accounts preparation and report preparation.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present financial performance reports to the senior management, investors, and regulators.
- Establish and maintain financial risk management policies and controls.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and fintech-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to manage multi-jurisdictional obligations.
- Assist with fundraising efforts (VC, PE, debt) and manage investor relationships.
- Prepare investor materials, pitch decks, and support due diligence processes.
- Communicate financial performance and strategic outlook to stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Finance team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and innovation.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of finance systems (ERP, accounting software).
- Drive automation and fintech integration for reporting and analytics.
