Santechture is Hiring: Finance Manager!
Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in group reporting, consolidation, and FP&A Do you have what it takes to drive financial performance across a growing, multi-country healthcare technology group

What You'll Do:
Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation across UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Egypt, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
Management Reporting: Prepare Group management reporting packs, analyze financial performance, and provide insights on key drivers, risks, and variances.
FP&A: Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, maintain financial models, and deliver variance, margin, and profitability analysis.
Cash Flow Management: Maintain Group cash flow forecasts, monitor collections, receivables, working capital, DSO, FX exposure, and liquidity risks.
Audit, Tax & Compliance: Support audits, statutory and tax compliance, and ensure strong financial controls across Group entities.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 8–10 years of finance and accounting experience, including group reporting, consolidation, and FP&A.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional Qualification: ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA/CA, or equivalent is preferred.
Technical Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance and margin analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
Group Experience: Hands-on experience consolidating multi-entity, multi-country, and multi-currency groups.
Systems & Tools: Advanced Excel skills and good working knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and excellent English communication skills.
Bonus: Big 4 or reputable audit experience, GCC market exposure, or experience in SaaS, technology, professional services, or healthcare is a strong plus!
