Raya Information Technology; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Manager (Finance).

What will you do

• Supervise the preparation of various financial statements and reports.
• Supervise the preparation of the annual budget and report the deviation between actuals and budgets.
• Responsible for the timely book closings and necessary reporting.
• Participate in cost analyses.
• Supervise monthly and year-end closing tasks and reconciliations.
• Ensure implementation of corporate internal controls in the general accounting area.
• Establish system controls for new accounting systems and develop procedures to improve existing systems.
• Coordinate and prepare external audit materials and external financial reporting on a quarterly basis.
• Manage the system of recording, monitoring, controlling, and safeguarding assets.
• Ensure statutory compliance with International and Egyptian Accounting Standards and transparent and fair reporting.
• Responsible for all Tax reports and inspections.
• Control the different kinds of taxes as required by law.

What will you need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; postgraduate studies/certifications such as IFRS, CMA, CPA, or MBA are a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant experience across accounting, internal audit, tax, and related finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and labor relations.
• Solid understanding of labor laws, taxation, and government regulations.
• Close attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and internal auditing principles, risk management, controls, and relevant standards and regulations.
• Ability to identify and resolve tax issues, recommend corrective actions, and improve tax treatments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn new concepts and contribute to new projects.
• Fluent in English and a good understanding of relevant industry policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
