Job Description

EgyBell is hiring an Admin Assistant Analyst for a well-known multinational company located in Fifth Settelment

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analysing financial data and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage and maintain data sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting purposes.
  • Work with ERP systems (SAP, ARIBA and YARDI) to extract, update, and validate financial information.
  • Perform data queries and generate insights to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements related to data handling.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data management and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business and Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft offices.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity or egger to knowledge ERP systems such as SAP, ARIBA and YARDI.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to large datasets.
  • Ability to perform complex queries and generate reports.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Minimum Experience:

  • 1-3 Years of relevant experience in Real Estate sector or similar .

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel, power point and Power PI.
  • Strong understanding of setting up and organizing database and spread sheets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
