EgyBell is hiring an Admin Assistant Analyst for a well-known multinational company located in Fifth Settelment
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in analysing financial data and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.
- Manage and maintain data sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting purposes.
- Work with ERP systems (SAP, ARIBA and YARDI) to extract, update, and validate financial information.
- Perform data queries and generate insights to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements related to data handling.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data management and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business and Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft offices.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Familiarity or egger to knowledge ERP systems such as SAP, ARIBA and YARDI.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to large datasets.
- Ability to perform complex queries and generate reports.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Minimum Experience:
- 1-3 Years of relevant experience in Real Estate sector or similar .
Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, power point and Power PI.
- Strong understanding of setting up and organizing database and spread sheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
