This is a key role that works directly with the Founder & CEO to keep Exology's financial and operational engine running cleanly as we scale across BI, AI, and data transformation projects.

We are looking for a detail-obsessed, organized, and reliable person (1–2 years experience preferred) who can own bookkeeping, track cash flow, manage invoicing, and keep our internal operations running smoothly.

This role is for someone who loves numbers, hates financial chaos, and takes pride in making sure everything is recorded, followed up, and accounted for.

About the job: As our Finance & Operations Coordinator, you will own the financial tracking and operational backbone of Exology. You will work directly with the CEO to manage bookkeeping, invoicing, cash flow tracking, and internal admin. You will make sure clients are invoiced correctly and on time, payments are followed up, expenses are recorded, and the business never operates blind on numbers. This role is ideal for someone who is precise, trustworthy, and wants to grow into a Finance & Operations Lead or Head of Business Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Record all daily transactions and maintain accurate books
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on all client invoices
  • Track receivables and flag overdue payments to CEO
  • Monitor monthly cash flow and prepare weekly cash summary
  • Track project costs and calculate basic project profitability
  • Manage expense recording and receipt organization
  • Handle contracts filing and document management
  • Support HR basics, onboarding admin, attendance, leave tracking
  • Manage office supplies, tool subscriptions, and vendor payments
  • Communicate professionally with clients on payment follow-ups

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years experience in accounting support, finance coordination, or operations
  • Commerce or Accounting background is a strong plus
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, accounting tools like Zoho Books or Wave are a bonus
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Honest and discreet with financial information
  • Strong follow-up discipline, you don't let things slip
  • Good communication in Arabic and English
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
