Senior Project Manager

The project:

A residential and mixed-use development, consisting of multiple mid-rise buildings.

You'll be responsible for:

• Lead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the Project Execution Plan and agreed milestones.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders - clients, consultants, contractors, and design teams - to drive collaboration and achieve successful outcomes.
• Champion Safety First, embedding Mace's HSW framework and visible safety behaviours across all project activities.
• Oversee programme and budget performance, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies to safeguard delivery.
• Procure and manage consultant teams, ensuring scope, fees, claims, and variations are effectively controlled and documented.
• Promote service excellence and innovation, leveraging Mace's Centres of Excellence, digital tools, and best practice knowledge hubs to enhance project outcomes.

You'll need to have:

• Right to work or residence status in Egypt.
• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent qualifications and demonstrable career development.
• Proven experience delivering complex property or infrastructure projects, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, project planning, risk management, and budgetary oversight.
• Knowledge of sustainability, carbon impacts, and construction methodologies shaping project delivery.
