Role Summary
The role will report to our FinOps Manager. As an Operation Account Manager, you will be expected to understand the intricacies of payment rules, regulations, and technologies and to support providing a best-in-class digital payments offering to our clients. You will work in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Lead cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency across all business units.
- Treasury Management: Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity for operations. Execute payments, transfer, and manage banking relationships, facilities like LC, trade finance etc. Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze variances.
- Accounting Functions: Record and reconcile bank transactions in the general ledger. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash and treasury.
- Compliance & Reporting: Prepare treasury-related reports for management and auditors. Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and tax requirements.
- Risk Management: Monitor foreign exchange exposures and assist in hedging strategies. Identify and mitigate treasury-related risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline;
- Understand basic accounting theory, work in finance industry and Working in a Fintech company is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or cash management, ideally within a diversified conglomerate or multi-entity corporate structure.
- In-depth expertise in liquidity management, banking operations, financial instruments, investment strategies, and risk mitigation practices.
- The ability to work independently and be a team player.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.) is a plus
