Title: Finance Operations Manager

Our client a leading Financial Institution operating within capital markets and is looking hire a Finance Operations Manager to join their growing team.
The role focuses on back-office operations, ensuring accurate processing of front-office transactions, client account movements, and settlements in line with internal policies and controls.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations, transaction processing, and reconciliations
- Support daily trading activity through back-office and client account oversight
- Review documentation and ensure appropriate operational and compliance controls
- Prepare MIS, commissions, and periodic management reports
- Monitor credit usage against approved limits
- Manage settlement payments and daily net broker positions
- Liaise with brokers, customer care teams, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- ACCA / CPA preferred
- 5+ years experience in finance operations, back office, or settlements within brokerage or capital markets
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading operations
- Fluent in English and Arabic is mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
