We are looking for a finance professional with strong business partnering capability. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and department heads, providing clear, decision-ready insights while ensuring strong day-to-day finance oversight and reporting integrity.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders and department leads to support decision-making through structured analysis and clear recommendations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles; challenge assumptions and track performance against plan
- Translate financial data into concise, actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders
- Build a consistent performance cadence to drive accountability and follow-through
- Oversee core finance operations and strengthen governance, controls, and reporting standards
What we're looking for:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (you will be a key finance point of contact)
- Solid grounding in management accounting, performance reporting, and financial controls
- Comfortable operating in a lean environment with high ownership and autonomy
- Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA) preferred; experience with outsourced finance and/or regulated environments is an advantage
