Job description
The Finance & Operations Officer will support the finance and operations team in ensuring smooth back-office processes, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with UAE market regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accurate financial records.
- Manage invoices, payments, and collections.
- Manage clients` assets daily reconciliation.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies with banks and markets.
- Oversee and record client deposits and withdrawals.
- Manage financial statements and reports.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency.
- Coordinate with local custodians to ensure timely daily settlements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have a good experience in capital markets.
- Have a good experience in NCSD and PCCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Preferably has passed CISI qualification exams.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
