Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience: 0 2 years3-5 years Finance

Job description

The Finance & Operations Officer will support the finance and operations team in ensuring smooth back-office processes, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with UAE market regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accurate financial records.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Manage clients` assets daily reconciliation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies with banks and markets.
  • Oversee and record client deposits and withdrawals.
  • Manage financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency.
  • Coordinate with local custodians to ensure timely daily settlements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Have a good experience in capital markets.
  • Have a good experience in NCSD and PCCP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Preferably has passed CISI qualification exams.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
