Location - Cairo, Egypt

1. Provide Level 1 of support to end users of EPM modules, including Incidents and Work Orders.

2. Provide full system support within financial period closing.

3. Review and validate new requirements raised by business owners of EPM.

4. Participate with IT and business owners in the analysis of changes related to EPM modules and integrated systems.

5. Review and validate the design provided by IT within changes of EPM modules and integrated systems.

6. Review and validate UAT stage related to EPM modules and integrated systems.

7. Provide add-hoc reporting for end users within EPM modules.

8. Build needed dashboards within EPM modules using smart tools.
